Social Studies teachers might be interested in this site. It has many "ready made" power points for history and global studies type classes. I was looking for a power point on the Age of Exploration and found a very well done slide show at this site.

I found another site History teachers might be interested in using. It is a website that incorporates cartoons into lessons. I haven't had a chance to play around with it too much. (I was babbeling last night) It looks like you can create your own cartoons as well.
I thought it might be a fun activity for students to create a cartoon using technology.
I found it on free technology for teachers. Let me know if you get a chance to check it out. I will do some more looking into it.
